Great place! Spacious rooms with modern decor and stylish bathrooms. Location was super convenient for train travel.

A beautiful brand new spotlessly clean hotel with really excellent staff. Huge rooms and bathrooms decorated to a high standard. Really great value and the underground parking was an added bonus for 10 euro. My only dislike was the mini bar was stocked with 0.20 cent soft drinks from Lidl that the hotel were charging 3 euro for. But overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

Size of room was good.

When we arrived at the hotel at 11am our room was not ready - acceptable, as check in time is not until 14.00. We left our luggage and came back at 16.30 and were told our room was still not ready. We were asked to sit in reception and wait - no offer of apology, no offer of tea/coffee/cold drink was made while we waited. Next day we left hotel at 09.30, and once again came back at 16.30 to find out room still had not been cleaned. We complained at reception and once again, were asked to sit in reception and wait for it to be cleaned - not acceptable as we were tired and wanting to rest in our room. We complained strongly at this point to the Manager and eventually, after much discussion, an offer was made to reduce the room rate for the second night. Also, for the normal cost of the room, I would have expected something better than liquid soap dispensers in the bath room - which, incidentally were not kept filled, and for our last morning in the hotel, we struggled to find soap for our shower. The general attitude of staff was poor, and I would not recommend the hotel to other travellers.

During my stay, I appreciated the large, modern room and the fantastic breakfast offered each morning. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, perfect for hopping over to nearby attractions like Perpignan Cathedral or the Palace of the Kings of Majorca. The reception staff were quite helpful when I needed assistance.

Helpful staff. The hotel room was clean and comfortable.Close to train and bus stations for travelling around the area.

The hotel was located in a shopping/station complex which was still under construction in parts. The route to the old town involved using the underpass within this complex which was fine when open but when this closed in the evening the route back to the hotel invovled a longer walk in order to cross under the railway lines. The view from the room overlooked the railway lines although there was absolutely no noise from the trains it was not a pleasant view! The garden terrace bar mentioned in the hotel description was an undercover area of decking overlooking the shopping centre rather than area for relaxation after a day of sightseeing.

Incredible, magnificent location near from the airport. And just next door to the station and bus station, the historical sites in the city and the supermarket.

Lack of extra pillows brought discomfort!!! Noise issues from the nearby train station at night. Parking complications could use some efficiency!!! Shower design leads to water overflowing-major design flaw!!! Attention to customer service needed!!!

Convenient but with a couple of quirks

I enjoyed the extensive breakfast offerings and the soothing soundproof rooms, even being right next to the train station. Really good staff.

I found the inability to open windows frustrating, and the design of the shower left the bathroom flooded after each use.

The restaurant here was good at evening breakfast, we both ordered excellent dishes. It had beautiful views of the mountains and a comfortable decor. The location was comfortable and perfect - a short walk to everywhere we wanted to go. This hotel was in a good area.

cleanliness

I did not like the decor, it was very cold and impersonal. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere but you have to pay for parking. When I made my reservation it was listed as "fabulous": I don't agree at all.

I really thought this hotel would be something special, but the shower was dangerously slippery and flooded every time, how could they miss such a simple design flaw? The carpets in the halls were sadly dusty. To top it all off, i was expecting a complimentary gesture for my troubles but nothing. Just disappointing.

Take advantage of the extensive breakfast menu, especially the gluten-free options for diverse dietary needs.

The staff were ,without exception,FANTASTIC -------So helpful and courteous.Parking was convenient and easy. Walking to the city shopping /dining area was also not a pronlem.

The internet service had a problem but we were happy that the staff undertook to look into it.
